This is not a persona. It looks like the output of a proto-persona 2 hour workshop mixed with some marketing research. There are no real goals (go faster! Get better results!), no needs identified. Where are the parts of the process she is getting frustrated with? Why did Mr. and Mrs. Amanada give her the name “Agile?”
There is a right way to make personas and a wrong way. This one falls short of being particularly helpful in how a persona ought to be constructed. It may be a nice slide in a presentation to show that you spent time engaging with some of the marketing research, but as a tool, it doesn’t have the pieces that make a persona compelling.
