This week in POCUS tweets #5

Another week has passed, by so here comes my (from now on hopefully) weekly digest of educational, ultrasound media tweets.
UTI, cystitis? — not exactly…
“Pustalsis” is definitely not a word you can find in medical dictionaries.
Assessing the IVC diameter can lead to some surprises.
Fatal aortic aneurysm rupture.
Appendicitis
Hepatisation of the lung during pneumonia is a pathology term, but here it is nicely demonstrated using US.
Finally a case of my own, venous insufficiency in the popliteal vein during Valsalva maneuver (not strictly a POCUS question I admit).
With this we came to the end of our weekly digest of ultrasound tweets. Stay tuned for the next one!
