I have always love bhindi since childhood especially when it’s crispy and that crunch. I saw one post on Instagram of air-fried bhindi and thought of making. Unfortunately I don’t have air-frier. ( probably should buy as a birthday gift to myself)
So here is the recipe of fried bhindi. Go hurry, try 😇

Ingredients.
15-20 bhindi/Okra.
1 tablespoon chilli powder.
1 tablespoon coriander seeds powder.
1 teaspoon turmeric powder.
1 tablespoon Jiralu or chaat masala.
1 teaspoon amchur powder / raw mango powder.
1 teaspoon dry mint powder.
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon asofoetida.
1/4th cup gram flour/besan.
2 table spoon rice flour.
Salt to taste.
Oil for frying.

Method.
Wash all the bhindi and let it dry, later cut them into long slits.
In a bowl add the bhindi and add coriander powder, chilli, turmeric, amchur, Jiralu, salt lemon juice, asofoetida, mint powder and mix it and keep it aside for few minutes to marinade..
Once done, add gram flour and rice flour gently as required such that there is coating on the bhindi. Add very little water IF required.
Do not mix too much. Heat the oil and once it's done fry the bhindi at slow flame ( Need patience for that ) Once its done, add chaat masala or Jiralu on top then dig in with a cup of tea.
Enjoy , Happy Monsoon. ☁☔
