And maybe my expectations are really low after a lifetime of living in San Francisco, but honestly I’d settle for one or all of the following:

Don’t litter.

Along these same lines, CLEAN UP after your dog. There are no bad dogs, only shitty dog owners.

Ignore your cellphone while driving. Completely.

Take off your backpack when riding Muni. Don’t be a turtle.

Treat people the way you’d like to be treated. Particularly our friends in the service industry. You know, maybe don’t treat your bartender, barista, retail clerk, waitstaff, etc with complete disdain or indifference.
