Celebrate fall at OctoberFeast with live music, Chatham’s favorite local foods and brews.

CHATHAM, N.Y. (Oct. 4, 2018) — The Chatham Area Business and Arts Association will hold its annual OctoberFeast on Saturday, Oct. 6 on Main Street from 11 a.m. until 6 p.m. Throughout the day, Chatham Brewing will have on-going stein sales and beer tastings, giant Jenga, disc golf, corn hole, and a Munich selfie station. People and pets are encouraged to come in traditional German attire.

OctoberFeast will feature great local food and entertaining talent. Local restaurants are bringing fall-themed foods, as well as outside food vendors and food trucks. There will be two stages of entertainment and Radio Woodstock 100.1 will be broadcasting live. For kids, there are several free activities including; fall-themed crafts, pumpkin paintings, and a giant slide. There will be life-size games such as Giant Jenga, Giant Connect 4, and Cheese Toss set up in front of Bimi’s Cheese Shop.

The Chatham Silent Food Pantry and the Food Pantry of the Town of Ghent will be accepting donations of non-perishable foods, cash, and checks. The pantries suggest items like whole grain cereal, snack bars, applesauce, fruit cups, raisins, pretzels, peanut butter, jelly, and popcorn.
