One thing I have been practicing with my medidation is letting go of those anxious moments. I find anxiety usually stems from not being able to control the uncontrollable.
There is no point in worrying about something. If it never happens you worried for no reason. If it happens, then you have only put yourself through it twice.
This is how I try to live and maintain that positive attitude. It really is simple when you think about it.
