This song brings me to tears. My whole life I’ve been very driven and always moving and never able to settle down. I’ve been feeling really regretful lately, thinking back to the past relationships I left behind, where guys offered me their love and stability. But inside, I had to keep moving on. Always starting new projects “making my own name”. Lately feeling very alone in this, and wondering, why do I have to be such a tortured artist? Why couldn’t I just have the white picket fence and just live that life? But that life isn’t fulfilling for me, even if it’s what society says we should have. I’m so happy Taylor seems to be in a happy relationship now after making a name for herself and pursuing her dreams. It’s inspirational.

Taylor is an artist who keeps getting better over time. This is the best album I’ve heard in years. I have Midnight Rain, Lavender Haze and Anti-Hero on repeat. Bravo Taylor!!!
