Jerry,

I do understand. Unrelated, I remember at beginning of roll out of EVerify, there were literally 20 differing Green Cards and Permanent Resident Cards, it all depended on which office issued it, etc. So they actually told employers unless you have specific suspicions, hire anyway and refer them to nearby office to update. That wrinkle has indeed been fixed now, and have only have had one potential employee be flagged with followup to occur within 30 days. Guess what, we made a typo. Once corrected, all was okay. We were early adopters, mostly because we do occasionally do Federal Service Contracts.

With that said, my state we have politicians with some Nationalistic ideas, that do indeed pass, then our billion dollar a year Ag business suffers hitting our GDP, and they quietly repeal laws. We do not have the population of Cali but we do have a population, and their voting didn’t come up in last election. Mostly absentee voters, trying to vote in (2) jurisdictions because they own (2) homes. There are a hand full of communities that allow that, just not our state. We had one guy cast his ballot in early voting and next day get a felony conviction, but he was caught before his vote was certified, can hardly call that Voter Fraud.

My guess, election fraud is more common here. For instance, we had a PAC challenge 16,000 people off of voter rolls, by questionable means and within the no go 120 day period. Those voters had to be reestablished (yes, quite a few showed up in court with proof of their eligibility as well.)
