You are one of my favorite authors on Medium but I cannot believe you had to give Bill Maher so many compliments to get this story told. I used to be a fan of Bill Maher’s but could not continue watching him turn a blind eye to apartheid in Israel only to promote his hatred of Muslim people. He is a total hypocrite and a Zionist shill. We all used to admire him because he dared to challenge organized religion but his hatred for Muslims goes far beyond his normal “mission” to wake people up to the ridiculousness of religions in general. He stokes Islamophobia. He has lost all of my respect. I wish you had written this excellent article without having to kneel at his altar. I had hoped you were stronger than that. Is it possible you were not allowed to talk about what happened on his show without giving him some kind of endorsement? Have we sunken so far into fascism that even you have to be dishonest with us?
