BeerBoard’s patented data and insights platform to support new joint effort between Pegula Sports & Entertainment and Labatt USA

SYRACUSE, NY (September 5, 2018) — BeerBoard, the leader in real-time data, insights and consumer engagement for the hospitality industry, announced today it has signed The Draft Room at Labatt House, a new joint effort between Pegula Sports & Entertainment (PSE)and Labatt USA.

The Draft Room at Labatt House, scheduled to open this fall, is located in downtown Buffalo (79 Perry Street) adjacent to the KeyBank Center, home to the NHL’s Buffalo Sabres. The Draft Room will feature a tasting room, main bar and restaurant and a beer garden. This is the second PSE location BeerBoard supports with its technology, following installation at (716) Food & Sport, located a few blocks away at 7 Scott Street in Buffalo.

BeerBoard has installed its SmartBar for The Draft Room. SmartBar is a patented technology which generates real-time data and insights for operators and brewers. The Draft Room and Labatt USA teams will benefit from data on pour volumes and inventory management for its draft beer category. On average, the yield from a keg of beer is 78 percent. Using BeerBoard’s data-driven technology, clients yield an average of 95 percent and sell five more pints from each keg.
