The First Amendment Right to not understand the First Amendment.

Not convinced about the right to
“.. shove a camera in their face, go for it. You’ve every right to.”
There is simply no natural nor technical power against a camera, a photo, the distribution of the photo nor the context to depict the photo. The balance of power lies almost entirely in the hands holding the camera and then all the rest of hands holding the photo.
Is it rather not the photographer's right to equally by means, be there in personal presence and if feeling alone in that; also rally some own friends to experience the actual occasion at present. Certainly, this is not how we do things today; but does an amount of doing and doers at all warrant anything better or at all right?
