What is involved in Notarization?
A lot of times, individuals are told that they are required to submit certified and notarized translation of their documents. However, most of the times people are not aware of these terms and are seen questioning about them. Primarily, to get a document certified, it needs to be certified according to the laws in the end country. The certification method is different in different lands due to different conditions to translators’ credentials. These conditions also depend on the purpose of the translation (i.e. patent, immigration purposes, and court proceedings). In some national organizations that are formal may need notarization in extension to certification.
What is notarization?
A notarized translation is required in situations where you are trying to get admission in a distant university, or seeking work in a distant country etc. Any legitimate business with a company or an association in a different country needs submission of specific essential documents. To guarantee such association, suitable documents should be submitted along with correct translation of primary documents. Along with it certified and notarized documents are also mandatorily required to complete the formalities.
