Thanks Rick! One interesting thing I’ve noticed through my work with 1 Million Cups here in Des Moines, is that if you have a solid amount of time for Q&A, somewhat glazing over topics you care about can actually engage the audience and create more discussion on those topics. In the end, you will always know more about your business than anyone else, so remembering to keep things simple (while still having all the answers to more detailed questions) will always generate more overall engagement.

Also, the fact that your final slide may sit on screen during the Q&A should be considered. This can introduce strategic information for to discuss, connect with or drive home to make a lasting impression with an audience.
