I nearly hit the ceiling thinking of that apology. So well said. I hated my body after so many betrayals, but I really needed to let it go. I love it, I’m still working it through. In my case, sexual and physical abuse have cost me dearly, but why resent the only innocent party, me. You made my night!!!
