We, who come from a childhood of pain, are gifted twice. First, we learn to love, then we learn to forgive. But we really don’t forgive and forget, we forgive and remember, question, wonder, love, and raise a new generation, to whom we entrust our rudder. My rudder was installed at eight, it has kept me off the rocks of life.
