Conversational Commerce: What, Who, Why and How?
Messaging as a service presents unique opportunities for brands and publishers to connect with their audiences through new and personal channels yet in a scalable manner. Once human behavior becomes more comfortable speaking with bots and brands learn specific use cases for their presence on messaging platforms, the early adopters- both in regards to brands and startups- will realize a new revenue and engagement channel for their companies.
