Chairman of the Chinese internet giant, Alibaba Group, Jack Ma gives his most inspirational speech to a group of Korean students.

In this speech Jack Ma, he shares how he started Alibaba based on solely the fact that he believed in the internet and its potential. His inspirational speech touches on topics such as failure, the importance of a team and perseverance. Jack Ma himself is an expert at failure, having failed the entrance exam to university 3 times and failing to be admitted into Harvard after 10 tries. He speaks of how he taught himself english and how he went from being rejected to becoming the king of chinese internet.

In this very inspirational speech, Jack Ma talks of how he invited 24 friends to join him in starting Alibaba but only one agreed that it would be a good idea.

Jack Ma says the difference between successful people and other people is that successful people never complain. They are always optimistic for the future. He says that opportunity lies in the place where people complain and that we will have to work very hard. If you want to be successful, you have to work for yourself, but working for yourself means working for the others, making sure that the others are successful, for when the others are successful, you will be successful.
