We are excited to announce that the Betero platform has launched its governance voting smart contract, giving our BTE token holders the opportunity to actively participate in shaping the future of our platform. We believe in the importance of decentralized decision-making and empowering our community to have a say in the direction of Betero.
Voting Details:
Voting Token: BTE (Betero Token)
Users can use their BTE tokens to cast their votes on proposed changes, upgrades, and initiatives within the Betero ecosystem.
Voting Blockchain: Binance Smart Chain (BSC)
The governance voting process will take place on the Binance Smart Chain, utilizing its secure and efficient infrastructure.
Staked BTE Tokens in Active Farming Contracts Count
All BTE tokens staked by users in active farming contracts will count towards their voting power. This ensures that active participants and stakeholders have a direct influence on the voting outcomes.

“Should Betero take a step towards decentralization and start the Betero DAO Governance to vote on proposals regarding the BTE token and Betero ecosystem?”
After this proposal passes, the way is open to process new proposals that can change the Betero ecosystem.

To participate in the governance voting process and contribute to the decision-making of the Betero platform, please follow these steps:
- Ensure you have BTE tokens staked on https://portal.betero.io/
- Connect to the Binance Smart Chain network
- Visit the “Betero DAO — Governance” platform here https://portal.betero.io/vote
- Click the Upvote or Downvote button whether you agree with the proposal or disagree. Note that all your voting power will be cast toward your desired outcome. The number of tokens staked determines the weight of your vote.

Thoroughly review the proposals and understand their implications before casting your vote. Exercise your voting rights responsibly and consider the best interests of the Betero community as a whole.
A proposal is always active for votes for seven days, followed by a finalization phase of one to three days.
