So far I’ve tested 14 Chatbots. And I’m extremely angry that none of them fit my needs, despite so many options and despite a new Bot is released per week on Product Hunt, all of them all look the same. I also liked Chatfuel due to its Conversational UX but I don’t want the user to leave my website. Artificial “Intelligence” Bots are 100% out of question because who has time to teach a Bot how to write? Even worse, who has time to second guess what your customer may ask? Then I found Tars, which has everything I expected, but you have to manually add each question which will end with different answers or, for better explanation, different prices if you want to use a ChatBot to guide your customer through personalized product pricing. And if my calculations are right, my shop would need some 5000 different questions/answers if I want to use this Bot, as you must make a different funel for each different final pricing. So imagine typing the same thing 100 times because the Bot doesn’t understand it can use the same question and give a different final answer depending on which cards the customer clicked.

ChatBots are cool, but they’re still not functional in the real world.
