Ha ! Nope , nothing so exciting. And ravan is out of style, man.

My own six pack routine will gladden your heart though. I’m doing:

44 vertical , 50 clap, and 20 normal pushups. 50 body folds. 20 side crunches … pain from yesterday.☺

6 km run , 5 front flips, 2 side flips, 2 tic tacs ( wall run and jump), and one shitty fall when a drain cover broke as my foot landed on it. Fuckin ndmc fuckers.

Anyway, lot’s of herbal tea and then.

hand and elbow strikes — 12 sec , 20 sec and 22 sets non stop on bag

300 kicks — all kinds at least 30 times.

Sparring starts from the next saturday. With a 26 year old champ !

I intend to shame my testers and wow the nurses , Yo ! I’m a forty one year old , and thirty somethings are feelin’ safe pushin’ pencils and carryin’ plastic Insas dildos !
