One of the problem is the the two work differently, and since, until now, EpiPen was so much more common, people are trained on how to use EpiPen, but not Adrenaclick. Now, if it was something that you administer to yourself, it would’t be a big deal, I agree. But, in some situation, someone else, like a teacher, a babysitter, a colleague may have to, and having to re-train all these people for the new device may be very difficult if not impossible.
