One thing I have noticed, well here in the UK anyway, is that whereas men usually were a suit to the office women do get to wear a wider range of cloths which are usually more acceptable in an office situation. If we are all to be equal, and I am all for that, then surely men should be allowed a much wider chose.

Many callcentres insist on their male staff wearing shirt, tie and trousers, even on the hottest days. The spurious reason for this is in case clients visit the callcentre. Like this is some random event and client arrive unannounced. It is complete nonsense as this never happens. The staff could easily work in T-shirt and jeans and work just as well, as they do when working at the weekends.
