What’s the aim of Big booster?
Big Booster has been created to support startups with cutting edge innovations able to benefit to the citizens of the world. Big Booster is built around a strong cooperation between Lyon and Boston, two leading international research and innovation ecosystems, and through the mobilization of a group of high level experts and industrial leaders. Our ambition is to become the most important European accelerator for early-stage startup companies with an international goal,.

In what way Big Booster appears to be different from other acceleration programs?
It’s an international, nonprofit acceleration program for start-ups based in “Europe and Middle East Africa”. We will help them to develop their projects with the support of Lyon and Boston innovation ecosystems .

What’s a non-profit accelerator?
This is a program with no financial counterpart (share of capital or profit) for start-ups participating to Big Booster

How Big Booster program could benefit to a start-up?
The program will strengthen it’s international approach though a concrete vision of how to reach EU and US markets. This we allow them direct path to decision-makers and their networks including key accounts ,investors ,successful start-up entrepreneurs

Which relationship will be settled between selected start-ups and key partners?
A personnalized relation with an improve reciprocal knowledge and regular face to face meetings.

How can Big Booster help a startup company develop its network on an international level?
This will be the direct benefit from boots camps in Lyon and Boston, with mentors, key accounts, investors and others start-ups. The 100 selectioned start-ups will also benefit from the Big Booster networking platform where contact will be maintained for the long term.

This is 2 very dynamic cities, with each a strong ecosystem in Health, Digital, Environment or Sustainability-driven cutting edge innovation

En quoi Big Booster est différent des autres accélérateurs ?
C’est un programme d’accélération non-profit pour des start-ups d’origine internationale (EMEA) et a visée internationale, avec le bénéfice de deux écosystèmes d’innovation : Lyon et Boston.

Qu’est-ce qu’un accélérateur non-profit ?
Il n’y a pas de prise de participation et aucune contrepartie financière pour les start-ups participants à Big Booster.
