In a just society everyone should have access to the same legal mechanisms and everyone should have a clear picture of how and when those mechanisms are administered. If ETH intends to have a superstructure on top of the blockchain that structure must adhere to the rule of law. “We’ll figure it out when it happens” will be despotic and disastrous for everyone involved.
