AHB AI and Lenovo Take the Lead in AI Development and assist AI professionals at GITEX23
October 16–20, Dubai, UAE — AHB AI and Lenovo recently participated in GITEX23, the largest technology event in the Middle East and third in the world, held at the Dubai World Trade Centre. The event provided an opportunity for AI professionals, IT professionals and curious students to learn more about the development phase of AI and to address some of the most pressing issues facing the industry.
AHB.ai, a joint venture of BIKAL TECH, in collaboration with Lenovo, assisted attendees with a range of topics including common challenges faced when developing AI software, ensuring fairness and unbiasedness, ethical implications of AI, promising new technologies in AI development, staying up-to-date on the latest trends and advances in AI, common mistakes made by AI software developers, testing and validating AI software, deploying and maintaining AI software in production, measuring the success of AI software, and exciting AI projects currently underway.
AHB.ai also showcased its latest project — High-Performance Computing Maahr, which is the first of its kind in the region and only one of twenty-six in the world. Lenovo’s stand showcased their drive to sustainability and how they aim to achieve net-zero by 2050.
Furthermore, Dubai police visited AHB AI’s booth to learn more about the company’s tech and product development in AI, which combines high-performance computing infrastructure with data science to create safer cities.
AHB AI CEO Raj Sandhu emphasized the importance of how AI services such Edge AI, Digital Twin, require the commensurate hardware, and how the newly established HPC Maahr a few weeks ago in Sharjah, UAE (at the Sharjah Research, Technology, & Innovation Park), is a key part of the eco-system

AHB.ai’s booth was co-located with the SRTIP Stand (H30-H15B) and co-featured in Lenovo’s Stand (H6-A50). The event attracted hundreds of thousands of attendees, making it an ideal platform for creating an AI strategy.
