High Fidelity Integration and Dev Kit Pre-orders
March 2017 Update
Integration with High Fidelity
On February 2nd, High Fidelity has officially announced that BinaryVR’s real-time facial tracking system has been integrated, providing users with more immersive and interactive social experiences when communicating each other inside its VR platform. Anyone with our development kit can easily turn on the facial tracking mode and show his/her mouth movement to other avatars.
Here you can check out a demo video that High Fidelity created. Looking great, isn’t it?
CEO Jihun Yu had a fireside chat with High Fidelity CEO Philip Rosedale to explain how our real-time facial tracking works and what it means in real-time communication in virtual reality. During the session, Jihun and Philip showcased our mouth tracking demo to the audience with their avatars in the High Fidelity’s virtual auditorium. Not only everyone was so excited to see the demo but we also had a great experience in interacting with people who have a great passion in social VR world.
Please visit our pre-order page and get our development kit. Your High Fidelity avatar will mimic your expressions that others do not have.
