  • That is a lie, while I agree that the illegals being deported do not have the funds to get good lawyers, these are still their children and parental rights of custody are stronger than their tie to America, these children born of Mexican parents have the right to dual citizenship and afforded the rights as such.

Wow, I lied, and to prove it you cite anecdotal evidence. To quote you, “Facts are Facts”. When anyone you disagree with states something anecdotal you accuse them of being “emotional” and dismiss their statements as invalid because they subjective statements. Since you claim to have experience with the foster care system because of a friend, you thus “know” how the system works everywhere, and how it applies to the children of illegal immigrants. Since I have also done foster care, my knowledge is a lie according to you, but yours is right. Sorry, it doesn’t work that way. You even pointed out and acknowledged that the parents have to get their rights back. Too bad for you the number of children is documented. The most recent study, done by Race Forward, which used to be called the Applied Research Center showed how many kids were in foster care because their parents were deported. There are more than 5000 kids in foster care right now because their parents were deported. 1 in 4 children are permanently taken from their parents who were deported. All that happened under that hack Obama. Trump is not going to fix that. While yes, it is a priority to place children with a blood relative, that relative has to be a legal citizen, and there has to be one. If not, they stay in foster care if the judge rules it. Which does happen for 25% of the kids who are placed there when their parent is arrested for being an illegal immigrant. The other issue is for those children who do remain if they have one citizen parent, or an valid blood relative. They get welfare benefits which cost us, since those placed by foster care still get foster care payments in many states, and the ones that became single parent households now need daycare help and get the rest of the help. But we have your failed claim I lied and vomited out bs. Talk about projecting your own issues onto others.

  1. What you are doing is called gaslighting. You are trying to use your opinion and anecdotal experience to try and force me to question what I have both experienced, as well as what facts I know.
  2. You are using your anecdotal experience to take a specific issue and attempt to generalize it with the use of blanket statements.
  • You sound like the radical right fighting against minimum wage increases. Everything you say is simply not true. I have several dairies not far from me here in Florida, none of them have illegals that I have seen and one of them I have been to several times while building a pole barn for them after an old one blew down during a storm. Most of the “workers” were family members of friends, not a single illegal alien in sight.

Again, claiming everything I state is a lie, and again providing only anecdotal evidence to support that claim. Just because dairy farms right next to you did not have illegal immigrants does not mean that is not the case elsewhere. That liberal haven California is estimated to have a very high level of illegals on their dairy farms, and Wisconsin is thought to have about 40%. It has been known for a long while that the dairy industry, has issues, as well as how much more it will cost.

It is not my estimates for the cost increase, it is Wall Streets and the Dairy Industry. Who both admit that the industry should not be using illegal immigrants. Either intentionally or due to ignorance are you fictitiously claiming it will not increase that much. For someone who doesn’t like BS you sure do use a lot of it. Work on that projection issue.

Wow, I don’t understand what happened in Georgia because only a small area tried to use American workers which is why it failed. Too bad for you it was documented and was a statewide issue, which forced the state to try and use prison labor, (which is very similar to slave labor, something your profess to hate), and it resulted in millions of crops rotting in the fields. Alabama is facing the same issue this year, which will result in the same result. The only BS is what you just tried to pass.

  1. Again you used gaslighting and anecdotal evidence instead of reason and logic.
  2. You generalized the issue that occurred in Georgia, to attempt to lesson what actually occurred.
  • Ya, it is broken and what I am proposing is more of a sponsorship program where groups of farms can hire a team of workers and let them move from farm to farm in their picking cycle as they always have done but they have to be part of an approved team sponsored by specific farms. This way they can be tracked and followed and pay taxes on their income.

So we agree the system is broken. You proposal means squat since you have no authority to put that forward, and our party doesn’t seem to care about it even though they really should. Until then we get to deal with the simple reality that too many people are too fat, unskilled and lazy to do those jobs.

  • A lot of people do exploit the illegals, like the super rich who have their illegal alien nannies and housekeepers sure, but only Liberals are demanding open borders and zero immigration enforcement. The reason our illegal alien problem is so large is only due to Liberals who refuse to support immigration laws and set up “sanctuary cities” that entice illegals into America.

Laughable since you were trying to hammer Tim that it is mostly liberals doing it, and only liberals defending it. You push that little opinion of yours here. I also primarily see, with the exception of the nuts, liberals want immigration reform for account for those already here. I see both sides who think border control is going to cost more than it should without having positive benefit. The reason is neither side has done anything in years to actually try to resolve this, since it is not a black and white issue, and it will be costly to the economy as well as break up families. You just ignore those issues with it to focus on your chosen view. The whole things sucks from all angles.

  1. You move the goalpost to ensure it is always more of a liberal issue, even when you are forced to admit it is not.
  2. The attempt is to feign ignorance of the conservative sides involvement with this to project it onto the opposition.
  • Snowflake just happens to match the mindset of the average Liberal these days, the rioting, protesting, safe spaces, universities setting up puppies and coloring books to help Liberals cope with their loss this election, the constant crying and getting hysterical over every tiny detail……. it is sad to watch really, but at least this has forced the left to finally expose themselves for what they truly are, intolerant for anyone who does not agree with their politics to the point they hat fellow Americans.

Yes, I’ve read your justification many times that it is merely an accurate description not an insult. By that definition you should have no problem if people start referring to you as the “gentleman with the obesity problem”, since it would an accurate medical description for a Male of your stature. It would be the same, although I am sure you would find it offensive. That would make you PC.

  1. Condensation for your own humor.
  • You defend terrorists and murderers and rogue radical countries and such but you hate a fellow American only because they do not agree with you…….. pathetic.

You have proceeded to outright lying. This is my second post on medium. I have never defended any of those, nor have I expressed any hate for anyone.

  1. This is a diversion to attempt to deflect from your lack of facts during this discussion.
  2. It is an attempt to control the conversation by placing me in the position of your choice, which is an uncomplimentary one.
  3. It is an broad generalization you have for liberals, which you are trying to label me with in order to disregard anything I have stated. This is to devalue me as a person and my statements with it.
  • And why would I care about a snowflake avalanche? When you crash you crash into areas that already agree with you. You riot and protest and destroy in heavily Liberal locations, like Washington D.C. that is like 95% hard left Liberal, that is where you protest. There was a report of your Washington riots destroying businesses who donated heavily to Hillary Clinton’s campaign like Starbucks and one of the banks, and the limo you guys burned belonged to a Muslim immigrant businessman.

Being crushed by an avalanche usually would be something most people would avoid. The rest has nothing to do with this conversation. By the same light are all conservatives then guilty of the act of planned terrorism by the man caught out east planning to start a militia to kill muslims? No.

  1. Nonsensical communication for the purpose of diversion.
  2. Attempt to devalue all liberals and anyone you perceive as liberal.
  • Please keep those avalanches going, I can think of no better recruiting tool for Conservatives.

That is what Liberals thought when the Tea Party started. That did not work out well for them. The issue liberals have is that they usually have low motivation for participation in politics and elections. They also have a limited ability to coalesce as a group to achieve their goals. If they continue as they are, and progress into an avalanche they will succeed as they haven’t done in decades. Not something conservatives should want.

Did I fail to mention I am a Republican and a Psychiatrist? Your online persona is that of a malignant narcissist. It does not help conservatives, and will help feed the progressive movement. You are a disgrace of a conservative, since we are concerned about doing immigration the right way, without severely damaging the economy and destroying families. You should stop projecting your hatred of liberals onto them.
