Announcing our candidacy for TRON Super Representative

Learn why BitGuild is running for SR and how to vote

In an effort to become the platform for blockchain gaming and entertainment, we are always looking for new opportunities to grow the guild.

As such, we are proud to announce our candidacy for TRON Super Representative!

What’s a TRON Super Representative?

TRON Super Representatives (SR) are the top 27 spokespeople, community pillars, and general advocates of the TRON ecosystem. Super Representatives are in charge of producing blocks for the TRON network, as well as its governance. Anyone can submit an application to become an SR, with the community casting votes on who they think should have the honor. Every 6 hours, votes are tallied and the list of 27 SRs is reevaluated to reflect community choice.

As a reward, SRs receive 32 TRX (TRON Network Tokens) for each block they produce — which, should we be successfully elected into an SR position, we will be giving back to the community.

In fact, for a limited time, as the TRON community gets to know us, we will be giving back 115% of our block rewards to voters — more than what we stand to earn!

Why is BitGuild doing this?

At BitGuild, we strongly believe in the power of community, and the TRON community is one of the largest, strongest, and most positive in the blockchain. Creating a healthy ecosystem for blockchain gaming and entertainment to grow from is our top priority, and a pillar of this plan involves having an active and varied player base.

Gaining a position as a TRON Super Representative would allow us access to an audience of TRON users who care deeply about merging blockchain with entertainment. It allows us to increase our player base by offering games, experiences, and most importantly — a real-world token application for the thousands of TRON holders out there.

At the same time, BitGuild becoming a Super Representative will benefit the TRON community as well. We have a few projects up our sleeves that we have been working hard on, which we believe will be a nice surprise for TRON supporters out there.

Through BitGuild’s partnership with TRON, we will be able to provide more avenues through which to attract new users to the blockchain, thus benefiting the blockchain and cryptocurrency world as a whole.

How can I participate?

Casting your vote for Super Representative on TRON is relatively simple, though there are a few steps involved — the first of which is getting a TRON wallet and putting some TRX in it.
