Bitlayer Announces the Launch of Its First Official NFT Following Mainnet-V1 Release

To celebrate the Mainnet-V1 launch, Bitlayer announces the introduction of our official NFT. Bitlayer Lucky Helmet is an incentive for builders and active participants in the Bitlayer community.
A total of 5,000 Lucky Helmets will be distributed through a series of events, allocated via a whitelist to activate participants in the Bitcoin and Bitlayer communities. The duration of this event is scheduled from April 15th, 2024 to May 1st, 2024, with minting planned to open from 10:00 UTC on May 4th, 2024, to 10:00 UTC on May 5th, 2024.
Updated: The minting event will be open from 12:00 UTC on May 8th, 2024, to 12:00 UTC on May 9th, 2024.

- At any time, they can transfer their Lucky Helmet back to Bitcoin using a cross-chain bridge.
How to Get A Lucky Helmet?
According to our plan, the total number of Lucky Helmet NFTs is set at 5,000, with a potential over-issuance of up to 20%. All NFTs will be issued to the community via a whitelist, and minting will take place within a specified timeframe.
The distribution plan is as follows:
1. Priority Passes
We are targeting the earliest and most active participants in the Bitlayer ecosystem for this portion of the whitelist, with a total of 4,000 NFTs to be issued.
Specifically, 1,500 Lucky Helmet whitelists will be allocated to Bitcoin evangelists for their long-term focus and contributions to the Bitcoin ecosystem. The distribution period is from April 15, 2024 to April 22, 2024 (UTC).
Additionally, 2,500 whitelist spots will be distributed to builders and active participants in the Bitlayer community. This distribution period is from April 17, 2024 to April 28, 2024 (UTC).

The OKX Wallet event is scheduled from April 24th, 2024 to May 1st, 2024 (UTC). Winning results will be announced within 24 hours after the event concludes.
