Thank you William! I have continued to experiment with different forms of journaling since I wrote this piece. Lately I have been handwriting a journal in the morning, based on other readers and authors examples and inspiration. And I have been writing (typing) electronically like I stated in this post at night.
I had previously responded to another reader where I said that I had tried handwriting before and it didn’t stick, but I’m back at it again trying to relax my hand and I’m learning slowly but surely how to write a little better. HA
The gratitude journal seemed hokey in the beginning, but the more I did it, the more I realized that it is a healthy part of each and everyday. It keeps me positive. It helps me stay mindful of others and their contributions in my life.
