Section Ⅰ Project Introduction
BlockCDN is a project which under the management of Blockchain Global Development Foundation. BlockCDN is a distributed CDN system based on Ethereum smart contract . The system sets the CDN mining, smart contract settlement and CDN trading market in one. Through chain work and online checkout, BlockCDN calls on global network participants to share their idle devices (such as PC, routers, TV boxes, mobile phones) and provide upload traffic making Internet acceleration nodes ubiquitous.
Based on Ethereum smart contract system, BlockCDN will not only allow users of unused broadband to share idle network devices and upload traffic then getting higher benefits without adding additional inputs, but provide cheaper, multi-nodes, and faster distributed CDN services for those websites that need to speed up.
BCDN tokens is the only official certified tokens in BlockCDN system.
Section Ⅱ Recruitment Requirements
BlockCDN enthusiasts community decided to begin recruiting 150 community management agents worldwide!
BlockCDN enthusiasts community recruit community management agents to establish BCDN enthusiasts communication platforms together, including Facebook, Twitter, Slack, SNS, QQ Groups, WeChat Groups, Bitcointalk, reddit ect.
BlockCDN team will offer rewards for BlockCDN Community Management Agent. Besides, management agent can get mining invite code and BCDN tokens according to their work results monthly. Meanwhile, management agent can get the first-hand information of BlockCDN project, priority of mining invite code, the latest news in cryptocurrency circle, network resources, BCDN red envelopes, etc.

Recruitment requirements:
1. Build and maintain a community of not less than 450 people (QQ group, Wechat group, forum, telegram group, Beechat group, SNS group, etc.).

2. Have investment experience, good at organizing activities, willing to make friends, eager to gather blockchain friends for sharing.
3. Familiar with blockchain project, understand, approve and hold long term optimistic view about BlockCDN project. Willing to cooperate with the online affiliate, good at online maintenance and offline promotion, and willing to contribute to the BlockCDN community.
4. Part-time job, just spend spare time to maintain self-built group.
Section Ⅲ Rewarding Rules
1. Group building reward.
1) Num.51–100 community.
Building a group with 400 members and maintain the group for at least 7 days (like kick out members who send ads), and maintain higher group activeness. The team will reward the management agent 1000 BCDN tokens.
Building a group with 1000 members and maintain the group for at least 7 days (like kick out members who send ads), and maintain higher group activeness. The team will reward the management agent 2000 BCDN tokens.
Building a group with 2000 members and maintain the group for at least 7 days (like kick out members who send ads), and maintain higher group activeness. The team will reward the management agent 2500 BCDN tokens.
Each group can get group building reward once. Multiple applying for building reward is banned.
2) Num.101–200 community.
Building a group with 400 members and maintain the group for at least 7 days (like kick out members who send ads), and maintain higher group activeness. The team will reward the management agent 500 BCDN tokens plus BCDN tokens worth 500 yuan.
Building a group with 1000 members and maintain the group for at least 7 days (like kick out members who send ads), and maintain higher group activeness. The team will reward the management agent 500 BCDN tokens plus BCDN tokens worth 1000 yuan..
Building a group with 2000 members and maintain the group for at least 7 days (like kick out members who send ads), and maintain higher group activeness. The team will reward the management agent 1000 BCDN tokens plus BCDN tokens worth 1500 yuan.
Each group can get group building reward once. Multiple applying for building reward is banned.
3) The qualified management agent can recommend other group owners to participate in this activity. Recommending one qualified management agent, the referee can get reward BCDN tokens worth 1500 yuan, and this reward is one-off reward.
Note: The market value of tokens is calculated as the following: the bonus amount divide the average tokens value of last five days of that month.
4) Accept the transfer of existed excellent communities.
Transfer successfully for one community can get reward BCDN tokens worth 2500 yuan. Please contact wechat 17628289087 first.
2. Maintaining Reward.
1) The qualified management agent promotes the project news and developments in accordance with the requirements of BlockCDN team, maintain the order and positive atmosphere of the community, and accept the quality inspection of the designated auditors of the project party.
2) The qualified management agent maintains the community’s activeness according to the requirements of the BlockCDN team, and maintains daily participation in the group interaction and reply to the group membership issues.
3) Management agent who passed the examination and verification of project auditors will be given a BCDN token worth 2,000 yuan at the end of the month.
3. Reward of Invite Code.
The BlockCDN team regularly award 1 mining invite code per person to management agents of the top 10 most active communities.
4. Management Rules.
1) The community management agent adopts the promotion and elimination system. Each month, officials will conduct the assessment of management agents, management agents who violate or fail to meet the regulatory requirements, and the team reserves the right to disqualify the management agents and stop rewarding.
2) The designated auditor of the project party enters into the group to audit and gives the audit opinion after 7 days, giving the final opinion after 15 days.
3) To take over the transferring of existed excellent community,officials need more than three official administrators to enter the community to observe it for seven days and determine weather to take over this community as well as pay the transfer fee within 30 days.

The BlockCDN team has the right to terminate the cooperation with community management agents according to the cooperation agreement of community management agent and pay the prescribed BCDN tokens or fees in accordance with the agreement and the work the management agent has completed actually.
