BLOCKCHANCE Conference Hamburg 2018 // review and impressions
The first BLOCKCHANCE Conference was a great success with over 350 attendees, 35 fantastic speakers and exhibitors and more than 25 press members and media agencies. This was the biggest blockchain conference in north Germany in 2018. The BLOCKCHANCE Conference 2018 ‘The future of economics’ created a platform for the exchange of knowledge, experience and success. It showed deep insights into the blockchain and cryptocurrency universe. The conference opened its doors for corporate partners, innovators, developers, future customers, investors and media for two days on August 24th and 25th 2018.
The location for the BLOCKCHCANCE Conference 2018 was the MLOVE Future City Campus in the middle of the HafenCity. Between the water of the Elbe, the haven and containers and modern architecture there was plenty of room for new ideas. The beach club, bars, food trucks and the afterglow party on site provided the right setting for community building, meeting like-minded people, and making new friends in a relaxed atmosphere in the middle of Hamburg, also known as ‘the gate to the world’ and in future to be known as ‘Hamburg the gate to the new world of blockchain’.
