Dear Community,

We are aware of the questions that some of you have raised on this channel regarding the progress of the Blockshipping ICO.

I am sorry that it has been a while since the latest update, but I can ensure you that we have spent our time wisely on:

· numerous dialogues with potential contributors from all over the world
· dialogues with a number of exchanges
· preparations of the platform development — including further confirmation of agreements with the technical partners that we have selected (like NNIT, KeyCore and AWS).

Several of the dialogues with larger contributors are still ongoing and progressing in the expected positive direction, but we will have to ask for a bit more patience from your side before we can provide you with more concrete information. Other dialogues, unfortunately, have been finished with no result, but that is hardly a surprise in the current challenging market.

One outstanding agreement that I would like to highlight is an agreement with a well-known global distribution partner. The agreement will be published in mid-August, and I certainly look forward to revealing the full story and tell about the magnitude and impact of this agreement.

When it comes to choosing of exchanges for the CCC tokens currently we are in dialogue with three centralized and two decentralized exchanges, but — again! — I am unable to reveal the names right now — for tactical reasons. But within to-three weeks they will be made public.

Some of you have asked about the end date for the ICO. The answer is, that in consideration of the hugely important agreement mentioned above we need to extend the ICO until end of October. I am aware that this extension may irritate some of our loyal supporters, but please bear in mind that we are doing this to benefit all of us in the end.

A few of you have encouraged us to put more material on Github. Well, what I can promise you is that at least our smart contracts for the revenue sharing system will be publicly available on Github as soon as they are ready. According to our roadmap, this will be at the end of 2018.

Speaking of the roadmap, we have just produced an updated version with more details than the previous one. Please see below:

Some of you have asked us what will happen with unsold tokens after the end of the ICO. We have addressed this in the Blockshipping white paper on page 35 where it says:

“Any CCC not sold or claimed during the ICO (pre-sale and public sale) will be allocated to GSCP and used to pay out the revenue share at a rate of USD 0.62 per CCC until no further CCCs are left. This means that in this period no reverse Dutch auctions will be held.”

In case of a significant number of unsold tokens at the end of the ICO we may consider bringing one or more of the following options into play in supplement to what we have already said in the white paper:

· A portion of the unsold tokens could be burned,
· or locked up for a period,
· or they could be used to purchase software development services from our Strategic IT partners

So far, we still expect the clear majority of the CCC tokens to be sold before the end of the ICO, and consequently, we haven’t decided yet if we want to bring any of these options into play.

Finally, some of you have asked for a status on sold tokens. The short answer is that the token bar on the website is updated. It is progressing a little every day, but as suggested here we expect a significant increase in incoming revenues at least from mid-August.

I would like to thank all of you dearly for your loyal support of our important project. I can’t wait to send you more news in a couple of weeks!

All the best,

Peter Ludvigsen, CEO & Founder, Blockshipping
