Sources: Sector One set to acquire MAGiK and RobbieBK.

According to sources, Sector One is set to acquire Robbie “RobbieBk” Boerkam and former DSYRE player Calvin “calvin” Spaaij (Formerly known as MAGiK) Sector One is looking to keep Marcty “MARCTYLINHO” Bienvenu, Saiko and ingame leader Sammy “iDEX” Van de Weghe.

Sector One is a Belgium based esports organization founded in 2014. The organization is known as the best esports organization in Belgium and has a long history in developing Benelux talent. In early February 2022, Sector One announced the acquisition of one of the best French free agent rosters known as Megastitut.

Sector One were one of the invited teams for the inaugural season of VALORANT Regional League: France and dominated the first season and qualifying for VCT Stage 1: EMEA Promotion, where they unfortunately fell to both EXCEL and Rebels Gaming. The team would make a massive overhaul of the roster with only IGL Sammy “iDEX” Van de Weghe and Marcty “MARCTYLINHO” Bienvenu remaining. The roster would unfortunately not make it to the playoffs and placed 7th in the second stage.

Sector One hopes to show the true potential of the Benelux scene and hopefully win VRL: France’s next season.

RobbieBK and Calvin have decided not to join Sector One due to unforeseen circumstances. The two players will remain free agents. More to come regarding Sector One soon.
