I am not saying photojournalists aren’t experts at what they do Abe Van Dyke. I am saying photojournalists — especially those who have ventured into shooting moving images in recent years— are up against a crazy amount of competition (that didn’t exist ten years ago) and that our business as a whole has changed. My point is this; be a master at what you do, excel — and there will be room for you. Replicate what everybody else does — and “die” in your profession. Photojournalists have skills and understanding of visual language. There is still room for us. /Poul Madsen
