These principles are logic when you see everything as a consumer does. We’ve been so driven by metrics and algorithms we’ve forgotten whom we were actually communicating with.
The consumer has always been the most vital aspect of every product / service. We’ve just not been communicating our message between the developers who speak code through to the marketing departments and customer service staff who deal with the clients. Our communications paths cleared, we’ll be in a much better position to create at the outset, for the consumer, through to the delivery of the products everlasting happiness.
Design should always be human centered first, then follow the path of process.
