Hey Madalyn, What a great post! I love to hear that there are those orgnaizations out there that take mental health seriously. You describe a culture ripe for trailblazers like yourself. Bravo! to both you and your employer. Other organizations please take note — its our core values and culture that drive productively and performance. We are human and need to be connected to them. It makes working with anyone simple and easy. If you are operating from the core values (determined from the employees) of the organization, no matter what is put in front of you even someone asking for support in their mental health, it will be one of the easiest decisions and conversations you have! Madalyn you are inspiring!
