Buy some gym clothes Ester! I buy mine in a combo of second hand & discount stores like TJ Maxx. I know I worry more about how I look than what I’m doing if I look or feel like a slob. Just having clothes that aren’t faded or stained, and that fit decently, will make you more confident in your gym-going.
