If you legitimately enjoy running or the perks of doing it, keep at it! Otherwise, like Garli suggested, there are a lot of other ways to stay active that aren’t just “running” that you might enjoy and therefore stick with easier. When I finally discovered weightlifting in my late 20s I realized I could be a person who enjoyed physical activity, and not just as a means to an end.
