The Beginning of Corporate Micro-chipping and Human Branding
Human Microchipping = Human Branding?
Micro-chipping human seems like a form of human branding. Many people wouldn’t be able to see past the stigma of it being branding. It could have a less maniacal than what it seems when you hear human branding. The purpose is to allow easier payments, identification, and for tracking. It could also be what it sounds like and a dystopian future could await us. Of course, only time will tell. This new concept could be on the horizon as a norm in the corporate world.
Volunteered Corporate Human Branding
RFID chips will be implanted into employees at Three Square Market (32M) in partnership with Bio Hax International. The chips implanted by 32M do not have the remote tracking capabilities. They’re used for easy payments and more secure identification. They will allow employees to open doors they have authorization to. Computers and other equipment such as phones and printers can be accessible as well. 32M is allowing its employees to volunteer for the program and expect at least 50 to take part. 32M will be the first company to offer biochip hand implants to their employees. The implants are rice sized chips placed under the fingernail.
We foresee the use of RFID technology to drive everything from making purchases in our office micro markets, opening doors, use of copy machines, logging into our office computers, unlocking phones, sharing business cards, storing medical/health information, and used as payment at other RFID terminals — CEO of 32M, Todd Westby.
The concept sounds logical enough. It would make our lives easier when it comes to security and ease of payments. The technology I foresee as something that will become normal in many aspects, corporate or otherwise. Todd Westby thinks the same thing.
Eventually, this technology will become standardized allowing you to use this as your passport, public transit, all purchasing opportunities. — CEO of 32M, Todd Westby.
Microchipping Humans For a Safer Tomorrow
Microchip implants could be something that helps society as a whole become safer. BioHax International believes this technology to be the future of processing payments. There is a lot of potential for this technology beyond processing payments.

Human micro-chipping will make payments easier. You will always have your wallet on you, or rather, in you. They also have a wide range of practical safety uses, if you could add GPS monitoring especially. The future uses could be:
- Track your child, always know where they are.
- Never forget your wallet as you are your wallet and your ID and Passport and Payment information will be in you.
- Track sex offenders who are out of prison. The blue dot will no longer be where they live but where they are, in real time.
- Watch those on probation and high-risk people on bail to make sure they don’t leave the state.
- Implant prisoners with microchips. If they escape or go in a non-designated zone alert the warden/police and track them.
- Medical uses such as blood sugar tracking and disease tracking and monitoring.
Of course, this is controversial and the potential for abuse from hackers will be a problem. The same security argument exists against self-driving cars.
The Future of Implants
It’s hard to say what the future holds for this technology. A lot of people fear biotechnology. Religious people predict an implant such as this to be “The Mark of the Beast”. Those without religious affiliation are sure to have privacy concerns. Among other issues as well. The future is uncertain with this technology, but the potential is great. In the medical field, implants could be especially useful. As of now we already track those with Alzheimer’s disease. Future implants could check health. Diabetics are starting to use implants instead of finger pricks and the future of medical implants seems promising.
