If you have fears, write out what they are on a piece of paper, and find out exactly how you can squash them. Is the fear real? What’s the worst that can happen if you push through the fear? What’s the best that could happen?

Don’t contrast yourself with the Average Joe. Contrast yourself with high achievers. With people that live and have what you want to live and have.
