I also have a basic Starbucks breakfast habit, because it is consistent and it is adequate, and what I’m really doing is spending $6.50 per day for 30 more minutes in bed.
But the guilt! I wish I could be one of those ladies who gets 8 hours of sleep each night, makes healthful, appealing breakfast foods, and dresses for the office in tasteful, yet inexpensive business casual. Instead, my raggedy self gets too little sleep, consumes too many pre-packaged meals, and spends too much on work clothes, because bargain hunting makes me feel like I’m on fire.
