Yeah… In Vancouver (Canada), there’s a two-to-three year wait in many cases (!!!) to get access to a childcare slot. And that’s if you put your kid on the waiting list while still in utero. Only if you make it through the gauntlet of applications, waitlist fees, and limbo do you get the option to pay $1400 per kid per month.

Good thing housing is cheap! Oh wait… *facepalm*
