There is so much that goes into a real estate video from the initial vision and the cinematographer to the music and the editing that it’s tough to decide which one is the best. Each video has a slightly different draw with its own sense of style and message.

Choosing the best Canadian real estate videos is incredibly tough and obviously there are thousands of videos out there. We’ve picked a couple that we thought captured the best in that particular city. The key points we looked at in each video were how well they showcased the lifestyle, production value, and the message. Each aspect of video production is incredibly important and we have looked at both the individual merits as well as the overall, lasting impression.

Toronto’s Best Real Estate Video:

Vancouver’s Best Real Estate Video

Realtor: Matt Gul

Quebec’s Best Real Estate Video

A real estate broker since 2009, David O’Malley practices in the Estrie region, Eastern Townships, located outside of Montreal. Victoria’s Best Real Estate Video:

Realtors: Glynis MacLeod and Kirsten MacLeod

Having established a busy real estate practice in 2014, Glynis decided it was time to grow her business. After considering various alternatives, it was an offer from her daughter Kirsten which brought about this dynamic team. For Kirsten, changing from a legal environment to real estate had many similarities but the challenge of interacting with a diverse range of clients and marketing a variety of properties was appealing.

The home in this video is on the waterfront, embedded on the rocky hillside. It was completed in 2017, and this concrete and steel collaboration is a spectacular testament to the dramatic backdrop of the Westcoast mountains.
