APFA Training Programs

San Diego resident Brian Gibbs has been part of the financial sector in California since the 1980s. As president and CEO of Heritage Retirement Advisors, Inc., Brian Gibbs stays in touch with the rest of the financial community through his membership in the Academy of Preferred Financial Advisors (APFA).

APFA offers a variety of training programs for financial professionals. Its two primary programs are its Exclusive Coaching Program and its 2-Day Financial Advisor Boot Camp.

The Exclusive Coaching Program encourages financial advisors as they take their careers to the next level. It includes three 2-day meetings, regular webinars, and Academy membership. Participants can complete more than 30 hours of continuing education in the field through the program.

The 2-Day Financial Advisor Boot Camp, meanwhile, provides financial advisors with an annual intensive program to sharpen almost every skill used in the field. Participants learn about referral generation, simple changes to their practices, and ways to increase the assets they already manage.
