Thanks for reading and commenting everyone! To clarify, candidates usually have on-paper qualifications for open positions — it’s how they get in the door. But once they’re here, it’s about finding people who add to our teams and culture. By “add” I mean anyone who is passionate, energetic, and self-motivated. As you can probably guess, that description actually brings in a LOT of diverse candidates, who show passion, energy, and motivation in different ways and who absolutely pass the Beer and BBQ Test.
