I didn’t try to fully sort it out really, but I was having some issues with yarn install related to PhantomJS. Most likely because I’ve recently installed the most recent version globally and also running Linux Mint 18 64-bit if anyone is curious. Seems to have come down to version conflicts within the yarn.lock file. I was able to install once I removed the lock file and re-ran yarn install. Just sharing in case anyone else has a similar issue.
