Fellow podcast here! Trying to listen and not interrupt guests all the time is something I’m working on myself. I always take the time to listen back to the full episode, sometimes my reaction is “did I really say that?”.
I agree. This is what people mean when they say, “The customer is always right.” So many businesses nowadays don’t get this concept and complain, “Millennials killed X, Y, and Z.” No, the market just changed.
There are so many choices and so many social media. I’m following the path of There’s Riches in Niches to really dig deep into the market and make friends in that environment
