Thanks for reading Bere! The “hiring a lawyer” phase seems to be so daunting for entrepreneurs. People either want to save the money, don’t think it’s necessary until it’s an issue, or are just plain intimidated. You and I might not want to do it for a living, but we get how important it is :).

Hi Parker, it depends what the small business does and who they want to reach. It’s pretty easy to reach many of these folks via DM on social media or to hire someone to do the outreach for you :).
Not at all. It’s a defined term that actually matters when discussing influencer marketing. Not all influence is equal and there is zero reason for anyone to take offense.
I can even argue that the term is helpful for anyone who falls into this umbrella because many brands wouldn’t think twice about giving money to a segment that doesn’t have a million plus following.
