Definitely a good analogy.

It is interesting. While in some ways we live in an age of “cotton candy” news — it is also easier than ever before to access and share some of the best journalism — and there is still a lot of good stuff out there. It’s easy to take it for granted, but sometimes it’s amazing to remember that it wasn’t that long ago when even getting your hands on a copy of great journalism that was published in Chicago or LA or anywhere else in the world was difficult if not impossible.
